Atronix is a privately held firm operating at three locations in North America. These locations include: Exeter, New Hampshire, our corporate headquarters; Tucson, Arizona, our corporate headquarters and western region sales, warehouse and production control facility providing support to our production plant in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Total square footage available to production, warehousing and administrative offices is 81,000 square feet. All facilities are leased with lease terms extending through at least December 31, 2015. Each facility lease provides for Atronix' option to extend the lease as required. As of June, 2013, Atronix conducts single shift operations at all facilities, with a total of almost 500 employees across all Atronix facilities in North America.
Atronix standard production lead times for new orders range from 1 to 4 weeks. Lead times are most significantly impacted by material issues, as Atronix flexible work scheduling provides for allocation of labor resources on an as needed basis. Atronix maintains an active staff of "quick turn" operators whose skills may be tapped to deliver last minute demand production. Actual shipment results for the six month period ended March 31, 2015, indicate that better than 98.1% of all orders received ship within +/- 2 days of Customer requested delivery date. (Better than 99.2% shipped within +/- 1 day of Atronix promised delivery date)! Internal yield on production work exceeds 99.3% with customer returns for defect in material, workmanship or incomplete customer specification equal to less than 0.02% overall. Based on overall facility capacities Atronix was operating at 68% of total single shift production capacity as of April 1, 2015.

Atronix Quality System and Standards
Atronix' quality system is designed and registered under ISO 9001:2008 Quality System Standard. ALL Atronix production facilities are certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Registration audit and certification of Atronix Exeter, NH facility is performed by TUV America, while regisration audit and certification of our Nogales, Mexico facility is performed by Intertek for ISO 9001 and AS9100C and by Global Standards for ISO 13485 and ISO 14001. Our ISO certifications are applicable to both work performed in the United States, North America and in the European Economic Community. Each facility is subject to annual audits to ascertain its standing in accordance with prescribed quality system practices. Atronix de Mexico is simultaneously certified to all of the following standards of excellance.
Describe the Atronix Quality System
Atronix quality system is designed according to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality System model. This system has been in place since 1987 and has gone through "continuous improvement" in 4 major phases. Atronix system is registered by TUV America and Perry Johnson to the ISO 9001:2008 "Quality System Model for Quality Assurance in Production and Installation". Today the Atronix quality system is completely "on-line" and integrated using the Quality Workbench module of our ERP software. While each of our facilities has been independently certified under ISO 9001:2008, the integration of our quality system with our inventory control, work in process, capacity planning and scheduling, and material planning system across all facilities provides for fully integrated business and product quality process control. Delivery of quality assurance is a part of every job at Atronix. The Atronix Quality organization is under the direction of the Corporate Manager of Quality, with a Manager of Quality Assurance setting and maintaining standards at each Atronix facility.
Test & Inspection Capabilities
All Atronix facilities maintain the ability to provide functional in-process and final assembly test and inspection of all assemblies. Process test capabilities include: electrical testing, capacitance and inductance testing, hi-pot, full circuit test of multi-wire harness assemblies, in-circuit test of hybrid assemblies. All test and inspection equipment is subject to on-line recall and certification calibration and preventative maintenance.
Management Information Systems
Our systems capabilities are 2nd to none and set Atronix apart! Atronix business uses state of the art information systems to assure our Customers of timely material planning and order delivery. Timely deliveries are assured by the use of daily update of material and capacity requirement plans and electronic processing of sales orders, purchase orders and work orders across an tightly integrated supply-chain.
Atronix systems affect automated order tracking across Customer Orders (Atronix sales orders), Supplier Purchase Orders, and production work orders. This high level of data access provides extraordinary access to real time order status information.
Production, Design and Process Engineering
Atronix can provide engineering services from initial product design through delivery. Typical engineering support including design for manufacturability, material selection, manufacturing process routing and quality assurance and control specification are provided by Atronix engineering teams at each of our facilities.
Atronix can provide engineering support using CAD drawings supplied in either dwg or dfx formats. Atronix provides complete support for all AUTOCAD versions including version 2014. In addition, Atronix has the ability to process alternate document formats via IGES or DFX translation and directly process IPC Pro/Engineer generated product specification drawings.
