Our state of the art process and quality control system delivers the highest quality manufacturing services and assures timely, cost effective product delivery. Atronix has the resources required to deliver cost effective solutions to meet requirements of all sizes with 750+ employees and more than 100,000 square feet of facilities in Nogales, Mexico; Exeter New Hampshiore; and Tucson, Arizona. Atronix also has established long-term business partnerships with production facilities in Asia.

Atronix’s manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of ISO 9001:2015. Atronix is further certified to the ISO 13485 medical, the ISO 14001 environmental and the AS9100C aerospace standards of excellence.
Atronix is proud to be an integral part of the Integrated Cable Assembly Holdings (“ICA”) family of companies. ICA comprises strategically combined, specialized wire harness, cable and electromechanical assembly facilities in Fort Valley, Georgia; Whitsett, North Carolina; Greenville, Wisconsin; Exeter, New Hampshire; and Nogales, Mexico. We offer approximately 250,000 square feet of diversified manufacturing capacity to address the high-mix, low and high volume product requirements of our customers. Each of our manufacturing operations has a twenty-plus year history of providing exceptional engineering resources, service and quality for every aspect of our customers’ needs from design to delivery.
Atronix is registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL and CSA safety requirements. To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, Atronix trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620). Atronix Mexico employees are further trained and certified to IPC-A-610. Atronix also is a member of the WHMA, the Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association.
All products manufactured by Atronix are 100% quality tested. Atronix utilizes only the best equipment to perform all required tests including: resistance, continuity, hipot testing, etc. Atronix’s stringent testing practices guarantee consistent, high levels of quality.
In addition, Atronix is continually seeking process improvement opportunities in order to provide our customers with the highest leves of quality and service. Atronix’s facilities in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico and Exeter, New Hampshire both practice Six Sigma. Atronix de Mexico provides a purpose built facility dedicated to lean manufacturing techniques to promote the highest efficiency. Atronix is continuously striving to increase productivity and efficiency in order to improve the quality of its product while reducing its cost.
